There is no particular significance to right eyelid twitching or left eyelid twitching and migraines. The same holds true for under eyelid twitching; all of these locations of eye twitching and migraine share the same causes.

The medications that help relieve migraine headaches can also be effective against eye twitching. Most of these medicines are taken right when a migraine begins and usually start to work very quickly, as fast as ten or fifteen minutes. Medications fall into two main categories. First, are pain relief drugs which are taken during an attack of a migraine. Second, are preventitive drugs which are usually taken daily to help reduce the intensity and frequency of migraines.
