Eye Twitching and Dry Eyes
Dry eye and eye twitching are two conditions that frequently coexist and, in fact,
having dry eyes can be one of the major causes of eyelid twitches in the first place.
When the human eye does not produce tears in sufficient quantity, dry eyes can result. This can in turn trigger
eye twitches.
This can make it much more difficult to use a computer for an extended time period or to read extensively
because having dry eyes can cause eye strain, irritation, and blurred vision, all of which can cause eye spasms.
